Apartments
Inspirit is a six-floor apartment building, which includes 43 bright, spacious, wheelchair accessible one and two-bedroom, full-size apartments with dining, laundry, housekeeping and personal care services available.
Each apartment has a full size kitchen complete with dishwasher, refrigerator and stove, ample closet space, a laundry/storage room with a clothes washer and dryer, a private balcony and individually controlled air conditioning and heating.
There are four unique layouts from which to choose, ranging in size from 950 to 1190 square feet. One-bedroom apartments have one full bathroom, and two-bedroom apartments have a full ensuite bathroom and a second three-piece bathroom with a walk-in shower. Safety bars are installed in bathroom tubs.
An alarm system is monitored 24 hours a day, and each resident is provided with a small, portable push-button device for emergency assistance when needed. For safety and security the front door is monitored by video camera. Each apartment has a smoke alarm and heat detector.
