Dining

A balanced and nutritious diet assists in maintaining optimal health. Inspirit's Director of Food Services works with residents to understand their individual nutritional needs, dietary restrictions and preferences.  Flexible menu plans are created as a result.  Three nutritious home cooked meals are prepared daily using fresh seasonal ingredients.  Picnics, barbecues, themed dinners, birthday parties, and special holiday meals are sprinkled throughout the year.

Inspirit's meals are generally served in the dining room, but when residents desire to dine separately with visiting family members or friends, arrangements can be made for them to use the private dining room.

 

Inspirit residents have the option of participating in various Meal Plans. Discussions are held with the resident to determine the level of participation in the Dining Room meals. Based on this discussion the resident is charged the appropriate rate for their Meal Plan.
