Your 16 ft by 7 ft balcony is not mere decoration. Facing north, overlooking the front of the building, you'll be ideally situated to keep abreast of the comings and goings on at Inspirit. Planter boxes along with a patio table and chairs all fit comfortably on the balcony. There is plenty of room for you and your friends to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and cool comfortable breezes. Access to the balcony is through a sliding door with only the slightest of threshold, to enable freedom of access to those who use walkers for assistance in moving around.
