This 6 ft by 5.75 ft room is home to your own clothes washer and dryer. There is no need to have to share these facilities with anyone else. They are available for use anytime you want them. If you would prefer Inspirit to do your laundry for you, we'll take out the washer and dryer which will create even more space for you to put in some shelving in what can be called your in-apartment storage room.
